PAGEANT INFORMATION/DATES & TIMES
LOCATION | Newton Performing Arts Center | 60 W 6th Street, Newton
Baby Miss, Toddler Miss, Tiny Miss | Little Miss, Junior Miss, Teen Miss | Miss, Ms. & Mrs.
It is important for you to be at rehearsal as we have a different line-up vs. previous years.
We will have one opening number with each group then they will compete straight through.
REHEARSAL for all | Friday, August 9th – starting at 6:30pm (doors open at 5:30pm)
PAGEANT Day for all | Saturday, August 10th at 12PM (doors open at 10am)
Baby Miss, Toddler Miss, Tiny Miss then next group | Little Miss, Junior Miss, Teen Miss then next group | Miss, Ms. & Mrs.
**We will crown all groups at the end. (no stopping and starting for each division)**
AGE DIVISIONS
We will not allow aging up into a division. You will compete the age you are at the time of your pageant.
Baby Miss Reunion: 0 - 18 months
Toddler Miss Reunion: 19 – 35 months
Tiny Miss Reunion: 3 – 5 years old
Little Miss Reunion: 6 - 8 years old
Junior Miss Reunion: 9 - 12 years old
Teen Miss Reunion: 13 - 16 years old
Miss Reunion: 17 - 20 years old
Ms. Reunion: 21 years old & up (single or divorced)
Mrs. Reunion: 21 years old & up (married)
BEAUTY: $85.00 (REQUIRED)
Please make sure that your dress is age appropriate. There are no hair and makeup restrictions, but please keep the contestants age appropriate. MODELING is T - formation. Contestants will compete in random order in each division.

OPTIONALS
PHOTOGENIC: $25.00 (OPTIONAL)
Must be a recent picture within a year. No enhanced or glitz pictures please. Picture can be black & white or color no larger than an 8x10. Pictures can be submitted in clear covers. NO FRAMES. Only one picture may be submitted. Please put the contestant’s name and age division on the back of the picture. PICTURES MUST BE TURNED IN WITH APPLICATION! Pictures will be judged by qualified photographers. We will not be held responsible for lost pictures and pictures not turned in by the deadline.
BEST MODELING: $20.00 (OPTIONAL)
Judged during on-stage. The contestant who exhibits outstanding skills in modeling, including posture, presence, posing and confidence on stage.
BEST SMILE: $20.00 (OPTIONAL)
Judged during on-stage. The contestant with the most captivating and genuine smile on stage.
BEST HAIR/MAKEUP: $20.00 (OPTIONAL)
Judged during on-stage. The contestant who exhibits the best hairstyling and makeup application on stage.

PAGEANT RULES

Contestants must be current residents and attend school/live in Catawba, Alexander, Iredell, Lincoln, Caldwell, & Burke Counties. Committee will verify.

Contestants 18 and older that are in college outside of Catawba, Alexander, Iredell, Lincoln, Caldwell, & Burke counties MUST reside in one of these counties when not in school. Committee will verify.

Contestants must secure their own sponsor(s) to pay the entry fee.

No one will be considered a contestant if fees are not paid by the deadline of 7/31/24.

The Mother or Father (only 1) of our Baby Miss, Toddler Miss and Tiny Miss Contestants are permitted backstage and may accompany their daughter on stage during competition. No one will be permitted backstage with contestants during competition except for the Baby, Toddler and Tiny divisions. Disqualification may result if you are backstage with a contestant not in these divisions. Dressing Rooms are NOT considered backstage.

Men are NOT allowed in the Dressing Rooms at any time!

Beauty Winners are required to ride on the Reunion Queens Float during the Reunion Parade on Thursday, August 15, 2024. You must ride on the float for the entire parade. Failure to do so may result in relinquishing your title. Parade is scheduled to start at 6:30pm.

Poor sportsmanship by contestants, parents, or family will not be tolerated at any time and will result in disqualification.

Contestants will compete in the age division according to their birthdate at the time of the application submission and there will be no exceptions!

All decisions by our Judges are final.

Modeling will be in a T-Formation
